Rude, inept and uncooperative

We were traveling in ME this past July. We stopped in here and ordered a pendant light and asked that it be shipped to our home. They did not honor that request and it was sent to the store. They then sent it to us after that since we live in MD (which was why we wanted it shipped). We got it and it was slightly bent in two places. My husband called them and the owner hung up on him as he was trying to reiterate what the process would be for returning it and getting a charge credit for it. They have been unprofessional, unorganized and they don't seem to care at all for their customers.
