


I have nothing good to say about Sunrise Home and Hearth. I paid $2600 for a pellet stove in May, and was told I'd have it in 3 weeks. Well it is now October and I don't have it. Sunrise has NEVER contacted me with regards to my stove. I have had to call them to check, and many times they do not answer the phone or return voice messages. I even had to drive to the store on one occasion because they would not answer the phone or return a call. Every time I talked to them I was given a different story. I wish I had purchased my stove elsewhere, and I will never do business with them again.
